GridShift Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information GridShift collects, how we use it,
and the choices you have. By using GridShift you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect.
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Content you provide: the projects you create and the plan PDFs and markups
you upload.
- Billing data: subscription and customer identifiers from Stripe. Card
numbers are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and request times)
used for security and reliability.
2. How we use it. To provide and operate the Service, process your subscription,
secure your account, respond to support requests, and improve the Service. We
do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers. We share data only with processors that help us run the
Service: Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), and our
hosting provider. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
4. Cookies. We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use
third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion. We keep your data while your account is active.
You can delete a project at any time, and you can request deletion of your
account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Security. We use industry-standard measures including password hashing,
encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of storage or
transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not
knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with
a new effective date.
